With our one-year anniversary now in the rear view mirror, it’s time to move on to year two of our SLEEPY & BOO + FRIENDS monthly residency at Cielo. Our next party is this Friday, September 9th, and we’re ready to get our Fall season going in style. The second Friday of every month is our night to rock Cielo with a full-on lineup of Big Apple beats, and for the second year of parties, we’ve got some adjustments to our night – with Sleepy & Boo dropping an extended Sleepy & Boo headlining set moving forward, with only one opening slot to get things started. And as always, we have free entry before midnight on our guest list if you email rsvp@basicnyc.com. We’ve got so much great music to share with you, and we can’t wait to get it all started at Cielo.
After a busy and diverse summer of parties and music for Sleepy & Boo, we are looking forward to another killer Fall in the city. We’ve got a slew of parties coming up at a variety of venues, including several Saturday nights at (le) Poisson Rouge. We’re also honored to on the lineup at three massive upcoming deadmau5 shows at Roseland in the first weekend of October. And we’ll be back at the newly reopened Sullivan Room on select dates. This follows on top of a summer that saw us at the Dance.Here.Now. Festival at Governor’s Island, Ibiza’s legendary Amnesia nightclub, and gigs in Connecticut, New Jersey, Costa Rica and more. We were nominated as part of the America’s Best DJ poll, and featured as part of their national tour. And we topped it all of f with a huge one-year anniversary party at Cielo in August, with a rammed dancefloor and a line down Little West 12th Street all night.
Joining us on the lineup for this party will be the duo of Spinnin’ House’s Chris Cornacchia with Fragments’ Gino Santos. Chris has played at a few of our Cielo parties before, and this is Gino’s Cielo debut. As always we have a few celebrations at the party, so make sure to hit the DJ booth at midnight for a special complimentary champagne toast.
